LongoMatch:The Digital Coach
LongoMatch is a sports video analysis tool for coaches and sports scientists, to assist them on making games video analysis. It simplifies video analysis by providing a set of intuitive tools to tag, review and edit the most important plays of the game. It allows to group plays by categories and adjust their the boundaries (lead and lag time) through a timeline. It also has support for playlists, an easy way to create presentations with plays from different games and provides a video editor to render new videos with your favorite ones. Even if it is primary focused to sports, LongoMatch can be used for any task that requires tagging and reviewing segments of a video file, and can be applied to fields like cinema, medics or conferences.
LongoMatch is free software. It is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2. This means you are free to use it.
LongoMatch 0.15.5 released
This announce the fifth release of the 0.15.x series.
This version comes with new exiting features like soft tagging,
which brings even more precission to the analysis, and the ability
to share projects with different computers. The user experience has
been also improved and working with LongoMatch is now much easier
The features of this release are:
- Plays are now sortable by name, start time, stop time and duration.
- Plays have a new way to be indexed using extra tags.
- A new tab has been added to display plays filtered by tags.
- Tagging Hotkeys can use a unique key instead of and Alt or Shift combination.
- Projects can be shared.
- Templates can be created copying an existent one.
- Plays can be multi-selected to ease tasks like deletion of several plays at once.
- A template from a project can be exported.

This announce the fourth release in the 0.15.x series.
This version includes one of the most expected features:
the drawing tool. You will be able to make drawings in the
key frames and store them as PNG images or inside a play to
redraw it automaticaly
